Innovation

Research in organisational innovation shows that interorganisational processes, that break down existing silo-like structures and build significant processes in the organisation, are important steps in making innovation successful

Successful innovation

Many organisations 'ruin it for themselves' when they want to create innovation and value for their customers. Either because they are too creative and constantly get new ideas without the ability to implement the ideas. Or because they are resource-controlling, thus killing new new ideas long before they could be implemented.

It is therefore necessary to have a cross-cutting process between creativity and resource control that can integrate both to achieve successful innovation.
